The &#8220;Metaphysics&#8221; conference was dedicated to central issues in contemporary metaphysics (such as the nature of existence, realism and nominalism about the universals, problems of metametaphysics etc.) while &#8220;Analytic Philosophy&#8221; was dedicated to the notion of Open Texture as introduced by Friedrich Waismann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Members of the MetPhil project group gave the following talks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Boran Ber\u010di\u0107:<\/strong> &#8220;Cracks in the Being&#8221; (Metaphysics and Analytic Philosophy)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ljudevit Han\u017eek:<\/strong> &#8220;Causation and Counsciousness&#8221; (Metaphysics)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Andrej Jandri\u0107:<\/strong> &#8220;Three Readings of the Package Deal Account of Laws&#8221; (Metaphysics) and &#8220;The Roles of Open Texture in Waismann and Wittgenstein&#8221; (Analytic Philosophy)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vito Balorda:<\/strong> &#8220;The One Over Many Argument as Explanatory Unification&#8221; (Metaphysics) and &#8220;Life and Mechanism Between Vagueness and Open Texture&#8221; (Metaphysics and Analytic
