From 1.6. to 5.6.2026., members of the MetPhil research team traveled to the Inter University Center in Dubrovnik to participate in the annual “Metaphysics” conference. The conference provided a vital forum for our team to share our ongoing research, learn from international peers, and bring fresh perspectives back to our core project goals.
Our team members were highly active throughout the event, presenting the following papers:
- Boran Berčić: “The Antirealist Fallacy”
- Ljudevit Hanžek: “Transpaerncy of Belief and Privileged Access”
- Matija Rajter: “Rethinking Rethinking Metaphysics“
- Filip Grgić: “Aristotle’s Metaphysics and Metapnysics”
- Andrej Jandrić: “A New Argument against the Best System Account of the Laws of Nature”
Attending this conference has successfully expanded MetPhil’s reach. Our team established promising connections with researchers from abroad, paving the way for potential future collaborations, guest lectures, or joint publications.
We return to our desks with a wealth of new literature to review, refined arguments for our upcoming chapters, and renewed energy for the next phase of our research.
